DISCLAIMER:

 No Deposit is necessary to book. Cancellations must be made within 72 hours. The Photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. 

 

LATE FEES:

No late fees will be added on sessions where client is late, but the time of the session will not be extended from the start of said set booked time to accommodate client lateness.

PAYMENT:

 All payments must be paid in full at the start of each session. Cash or Electronic options available. A $30 Surcharge for Electronic Payment via Zelle or Square

CANCELLATION:

Cancellations must be made within 72 hours. If a session is cancelled at the very start of session due to set times pushed back then a $20 fee will be added and client will receive 2 EDITED IMAGES of the scene as a compromise to both parties. The Photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If ALXPRODUCTIONX cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, then the Videographer/Photographer shall rebook for another time that both parties are available but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in the processing, lost through camera or other media malfunctions, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event ALXPRODUCTIONX fails for any other reason, ALXPRODUCTIONX shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
